This was a family owned property for many years. When it came time to update the property, the home owner had plenty of good ideas. We used Colonial Bluestone steps, Weathered Field Stone and Irregular Bluestone to make her visions a reality.
This home was completed in 2016 by the home owner. After finishing the interior, he decided to invite us to complete the exterior. We installed a paver patio, along with bluestone stepping stones and bluestone stairs.
This particular client lives in a gated community and wanted to update the look of their condo. Without increasing the footprint of their existing patio we were able to give their landscape a more updated, modern feel.
Our client asked us how they could update their entry way into something a bit more presentable, as well as increase the value of their home. We answered this by installing a paver walkway paired with a block wall.
For this installation we used Genest Katahdin pavers to turn a crushed stone pad, into an outdoor living space!
Here the elevation had to come up about 8+ feet! We used a combination of 4 stone walls and 12 granite steps to make up the grade. Not only did this create a comfortable walking space, but a presentable front entry way as well.
Above is a very unique installation. Here, granite curbing, turned on its side was used to create a walkway to the front entrance of the house.
This installation took place on an island on lake Winnipesaukee. The home owner wanted a more rustic, camp like feel for the landscape. We accomplished this by using Irregular Bluestone stepping stones on all of the walkways. Along with Colonial Bluestone steps for any stairs needed.
